> How can I start using Cellflirt?
Using your phone's browser, just go to m.cellflirt and follow the sign-up instructions.
> How can I block/unblock a member?
To stop appearing in another member's search results and ban him/her from sending you messages, just go to his/her profile and click on "Block member". To unblock, just click unblock on the confirmation message or go to your settings.
> How does Cellflirt protect my identity?
When you use Cellflirt, you will be asked to provide a username. The username will ensure your anonymity for the duration of your chat session. We will not share your real name with other members.
> Why does Cellflirt ask for my age, gender, etc.?
Cellflirt uses the information you provide to intelligently select potential chat partners you may want to chat with. We also ask for your age because you must be 18+ to use Cellflirt.
> How much does the service cost?
The service is free for Cricket and MetroPCS users and costs $9.99/mth on AT&T, Sprint, T-mobile, Verizon and Virgin members. Members who registered through our 24 hour free trial will be charged $9.99/month unless they cancel the subscription within 24 hours after sign-up. Members who participated in our Valentine's Day Limited Time Offer will be billed $3.99/month until they unsubscribe. Your billed charges will be reflected on your monthly cell phone statement. Msg&Data charges may apply.
> How do I end my plan?
Cellflirt is a monthly subscription. To end it, send an email to support at support@cellflirt.com or call 800-340-9916. You can also go to your settings and click on "cancel/delete account" or send STOP to 44121 at anytime. Your access will be immediately revoked and you will stop being charged for it. If you signed up to Cellflirt by SMS to 44123, send STOP to 44123.
> How do I report an abuse from another member?
To report an abuse or if you suspect any illicit activity, please call 1-800-340-9916 or email us at: support@cellflirt.com. Provide us with your cell phone number, your username, service provider info (AT&T, T-mobile, Sprint, etc..), your issue, and lastly an email address where we can get back to you. We will do our best to respond as quickly as possible.
> How do I report a bug or send feedback?
To report a technical issue or send us suggestions, please send us an email at support@cellflirt.com with your phone number, email address and username, as well as the description of your issue/idea. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
> Why do I see an avatar with a forbidden sign in my picture folder?
If you see an avatar with a forbidden sign in your picture folder, it means the picture you uploaded was rejected because it did not comply with our picture quality standards. Possible reasons include: nudity, minors, violence or inappropriate behavior. We also reserve the right to reject pictures that are not clear head shots of yourself.
